Hillsboro Christian Academy (HCA) is a private, chartered, non-denominational Christian school serving students in Preschool through 12th grade in Highland County, Ohio and surrounding areas. Founded in 2008, HCA is committed to providing a Christ-centered education that integrates biblical principles with academic excellence. HCA seeks to partner with families to teach young people about Christ, foster spiritual growth, and prepare students for a life of faith and service.
We are now seeking a faithful leader to serve as our next Head of School. Reporting to the School Board, the Head of School will provide overall leadership for the academy, overseeing academic programs, spiritual development, staff management, financial stewardship, enrollment growth, and community relations. This role requires a passionate follower of Christ, with proven experience in educational administration, preferably in a Christian school setting.
