My name is Carrie Moenster. This is my 21st year teaching. I teach 7-12 grade sciences. I am the upper class advisor. I have taught ELA classes as well through my career. I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science, a Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications, and my Masters is in curriculum & instruction with a focus on literacy. I grew up in Chillicothe where I lived my 1st 31 years of life, then I moved to Hillsboro when I got married because it was the halfway point between where my husband, John, and I worked. I taught in public schools for 17 years and I'm so glad to be here where I can teach about and live out my faith a whole lot more. I have a 13 year old daughter - Lena, who is in 8th grade. I enjoy traveling, reading, and learning about new things, people, and places. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be here.
